The Silent Killer

Another interesting finding which i found out in Xiamen (or maybe in whole of China hehe) is the transport which the local people use daily and very very commonly.

Its some sort of bicycle except that it uses electricity instead of fuel.











Everyone in Xiamen use this...ibu2..bapak2...enci2...om2...apek2..
anak2 muda...aa..teteh...smuaaa dehh

And this is how you charge the thing...just plug the adapter to the power plug and voila! You just leave it there like when u r charging your HP :p
And when you run out of battery when u r using it...all u need to do is pedal them like a normal bicycle...no pollution and very efficient (also cheap too i assume).




But why do we call them the 'Silent Killers'?? Well the story goes like this...

These bikes are very very quiet as in it doesn't emit any sound during operation (NONE at all!) unlike the normal motorcycle or even a bicycle. It is so soundless that you wont notice any of these coming near you..even at dangerous speed! And these people just wont bother to honk or give us any signal of them nearing or smth...So most of the time we had the shock out of our lives or we had to avoid them within split second else we'll be 'kissed' by the Silent Killerrrrr ")
